Delivered in partnership with The Decision Institute Europe, this intensive online session is based on their internationally respected Yellow Belt programme and has been tailored to support iFHP members in building their knowledge. Whether you’re beginning your journey or looking to align to global best practice, this course is a great foundational support.

- Develop a working understanding of VBHC fundamentals, including patient value, health outcomes and cost-efficiency.
- Examine over 20 examples of VBHC implementation from across the globe.
- Participate in an engaging Harvard Business School case discussion to apply the theory in a real-world context.
- Gain academic certification and registration through the Value-Based Health Care Center Europe.
