The purpose of the iFHP 2019 FAWE Resilience Report is to evaluate a range of indicators regarding fraud, abuse, waste and error in the healthcare insurance sector. These indicators will help iFHP members understand current and future threats and issues that need to be addressed in the market. This is the second report of this type to be undertaken and has been developed with consideration of the feedback and comments given by members who took part in the survey. This was done in conjunction with the University of West London. There is a more recent edition with 2023 data from a smaller cohort.
