Season of Tech 2023
iFHP’s inaugural Season of Tech was a member-only, free program of online webinars on ML, AI, cloud solutions, tech, and data.
We had the privilege of having AWS and IBM lift the curtain on the complexity surrounding machine learning and AI, as well as the effective deployment of tech and cloud solutions in the health insurance industry. They were joined by selected, exciting tech companies that showcased how technology was driving solutions in the health insurance space.
During the event, we covered the following topics:
– Demystification of AI: Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, dispelled common misconceptions, and saw the potential impact of ML/AI on the health insurance industry.
– Use Cases: Real-world examples and success stories of AI implementation in the health insurance sector were highlighted, showcasing the benefits and outcomes achieved.
– Privacy Concerns: We explored the privacy challenges associated with AI adoption, including how to protect clients’ privacy while training ML/AI models.
– Ethics and Bias: The event delved into the ethical considerations and potential biases in AI algorithms, focusing on how to operationalize AI while respecting ethical aspects.
