Member Networks

The scope of the Claims Integrity Member Network is the pursuit of lowering wastage and inefficiencies in claims and to mitigate levels of FAWE activity from all stakeholders.
The Member Network, chaired by Bupa Australia & UK, aims to encourage collaborative working and sharing of best practice between members. This can be both in a group forum and as part of on-going project work.

The final meeting of the year will take place on 5 December with NIB and GMHBA presenting within the member network. For 2024 we have launched the initial agenda and registration page for our Q1 in-person meeting. The member network will meet in Sydney for three full days from the 26 – 29 February. Much has changed since we last met nearly five years ago and we foresee a busy three days. The agenda will be devoted equally between time for members to share problems, methodologies and solutions and then visiting or meeting industry leading companies in the sector. We will be hosted by Google at their Pyrmont office in the city, Insight Health Solutions & IBM AI Analytics team.
