While the 2023 Executive Development Programme (EDP) will soon draw to a close (as I write, we’re in Madrid, looking forward to visiting Sanitas tomorrow), we will soon be inviting registrations for EDP 2024. 

The 2023 programme was a welcome return to pre-COVID form, with 18 executives from funds across the globe visiting members HCF & Medibank (Australia), Southern Cross (New Zealand), Kaiser Permanente, Oscar Health & AHIP (USA), Helsana & Swiss Re (Switzerland), AXA (Germany), Achmea/Zilveren Kruis (Netherlands), Multicare (Portugal), Sanitas (Spain) and Vhi (Ireland). 

Feedback about the 2023 programme so far has been excellent, with the learning and networking opportunities being described as outstanding by the current cohort. We will approach our CEO members in the next few weeks to start gathering nominations for the 2024 programme.
