In September, we heard from Vulindlela (Vuli) Ndlovu, CEO of CIMAS Medical Aid Society, who joined our Executive Briefing to explore The Workforce Dilemma in Healthcare.

Vuli reflected on the growing global pressures facing health systems; from workforce shortages and burnout to the challenge of attracting and retaining skilled professionals. Drawing on CIMAS’ experience as Zimbabwe’s largest medical aid society, he shared practical lessons on how insurers and providers can build resilience, nurture talent, and sustain the healthcare workforce of the future.
