Our journey begins in Los Angeles, where we’ll visit Oscar and their R & D team to explore how they’ve set the standard for CX design and data integration in healthcare. Kathleen Ellmore of Engagys will host a half day workshop for our group for a deeper dive into data-driven customer behaviour and engagement. This workshop is packed with translatable customer behaviours to ensure that your outreach, is tailored in the right way, at the right time with the right message. The next morning is hosted with Kaiser Permanente, learning how one of the U.S.’s largest healthcare systems is reimagining patient engagement.
Next, we head to San Francisco and Silicon Valley for three days of high-impact sessions. We’ll revisit Plug and Play Tech Centre, a standout from past tours, to meet start-ups, explore partnerships, and witness innovation in action. Some of our past CX Innovation Week members are already in projects with those we have met in the last few years, and the half day provides both the birds eye view of what’s happening now in technology in tandem with a curated group of companies operating in CX across insurance.
Still in Silicon Valley we spend exclusive half-day sessions at IBM Silicon Valley Lab and Meta’s Executive Briefing Center, where we’ll gain first-hand insight into their cutting-edge approaches to customer experience. Rounding off the week we head to Blue Shield of California to meet their CX Leads and finish with clear actionable insights and advice to use when you head home.
Disclaimer: the initial agenda above is subject to change however any additional hosts or changes will be communicated as they occur to those registered.

We will re-visit some of our previous hosts but have adapted the programme to focus on the vast potential of AI within the realm of customer experience and chart possible courses for the future.
Expect a week designed to inform and inspire as we delve into the cornerstone elements shaping the modern customer landscape: escalating customer expectations, the proliferation of omnichannel touchpoints, the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies, and the continual challenges to foster customer loyalty.
