Claims Integrity
This member network has been operating since 2015 and attracts a broad audience comprising case investigators, data analytics, claims managers and senior operations managers. The network has produced two member recent benchmarking reports, one to compare claim losses and recoveries, the other to examine technology usage and loss mitigation techniques. In the last set of meetings the group examined AI/ML use-cases for claims loss reduction both from our members and external speakers.
In December 2023 the network will meet virtually to review how the rise in the cost of living may have impacted claims fraud.
In February 2024 the network will meet in person in Australia (26 – 29 February) having met in Cairo and Athens in the previous years. The face-to-face meeting in Australia is open to all members, and the planned agenda will be issued at our virtual meeting on 5 December.
