We’re delighted to share the initial outline of our first in-person meeting of the Claims Integrity Member Network since 2019. To be held in Sydney, Australia from 26-29 February 2024, the meeting is open to current and new members of the network working in claims, anti-fraud, loss recovery and technology solutions within iFHP’s members. We will cover a broad range of topics, including:

• Downstream impact of ‘income squeeze’
• Case studies on AI implementation in claims integrity
• Building digital trust
• Tackling organised crime groups
• Efficient workflows and prioritising cases

There are two options available for securing a place. One option is for those who prefer to book with a hotel and are not local to Sydney (£1,695/AU$3,225), while the other option is without a hotel (£950/AU$1,800). Both options include all dinners, lunches and transportation between locations.

The member network also has an upcoming online session on 5 December 2023, during which members GMHBA and nib will present.
