This in-person network meeting is open to all iFHP members, however the content and location will be more suitable for those with operations in Europe. If you have attended a meeting before, a huge amount of value is derived from the time members share and speak openly around the issues they are facing & techniques to solve these. Therefore, we have devoted 80% of the time we have together to member sharing.
We encourage all those that are attending to present for 30 – 45 minutes, allowing time for debate and questions. This can be a topic that is either new or a persistent problem and the current methodologies or strategies to mitigate these. It is not obligatory to present but does create a continual flow of information within our trusted network of colleagues.
We encourage those that are part of the network to share with colleagues, that would benefit from attending sessions. The network is comprised of those working in fraud investigation, claims processing, data analytics, and claims operations.
We have selected Lisbon as the host country, as Multicare, the largest insurer in Portugal and a very active member of this network will kindly host us at our offices for a day.
The meeting will commence on Wednesday 13 November at the Porto Bay Hotel where the group will have a private forum meeting, with some guest speakers. The following day will be spent entirely at Multicare offices meeting a cross functional set of speakers from their teams. The final day will be hosted back at Porto Bay Hotel. We are keen to devote some of the final day to workshop sessions in smaller groups, before concluding at around 15.00 to allow for travel back.
The costs for the meeting include | 3 x nights at the Porto Bay Hotel inc breakfast, 2 x dinners with the group and all local catering and meeting facilities . Per person this is priced at £1395.00.
The Claims Integrity Member Network Meeting is an invaluable opportunity for our members to engage in meaningful discussions and share practical solutions. By focusing on member interactions, we ensure that participants can openly address challenges and learn from each other’s experiences. This meeting fosters a collaborative environment where professionals can enhance their knowledge and build lasting connections.
