On 28 March Dr Peter Stiernstedt of University of West London presented the findings of the 2023 survey in an exclusive Executive Briefing. Dr Stiernstedt was joined by Claims Integrity Network Member Diane Pavlicevic, GM Analytics & Claims at Bupa Australia, who provided useful context to the data from a member’s perspective.
