HEALTH LEADERS CONNECT
Our member only events allow exchange of information between peers in a friendly, open and trusted environment. The connections established during these meetings are invaluable for executives in creating long-lasting relationships and solidarity across the industry.
Around the world there are huge challenges across numerous sectors of health insurance, and with an alliance of organisations the opportunity to effect positive influence and change is all the greater. We aim to engage our members in discussion on critical real-world scenarios and possible solutions.
iFHP COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENT
THE iFHP TEAM
Chris is an experienced senior executive having spent more than twenty years in senior roles across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining iFHP in 2020, he spent five and a half years as chief marketing officer at Southern Cross Health Society, New Zealand’s largest health insurer. Before working in health, Chris spent time in London and New Zealand in senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Insurance, AXA New Zealand and Genesis Energy. He also served on the board of Osteoporosis New Zealand, later Bone Health NZ. Chris is an Englishman by birth, a keen half-marathon runner and a liveryman of the Mercers’ Company.
Nicola has worked in events and communications across numerous sectors for 20 years, including natural resources, defence and pharma before joining the iFHP in June 2015. Having worked globally for large organisations previously she has a deep understanding of the importance of communications internally and externally and facilitating this for our members. Her primary role at the iFHP is management of the Expert Panels and associated projects from these Panels. When not at work Nicola enjoys running, travelling and might do another marathon – maybe.

Barbara has worked in sales, business development and project management across numerous sectors including publishing, recruitment, government and most recently the life sciences industry before joining iFHP in September 2021. Barbara obtained her Prince II accreditation in 2016 and has a strong outcome driven approach. Her role at the iFHP is to help grow and mature the many projects that the iFHP runs on behalf of its members, and continually increase both output and value for iFHP members. When not at work Barbara enjoys history, philosophy, literature, and the beauty of the big outdoors.
